RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept returns for a refund. Please contact us if you have any questions or problems with your order. We would like to work with you to be sure you have the properly fitting pet apparel and safety gear. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges will be accepted for another size only. If you need to make an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and additional costs for a larger size.

AVOID UNNECESSARY EXCHANGES: If you have any questions about sizing your dog, please use the CONTACT US FORM for assistance. We'll be happy to help you. Thank you.

 

SHIPPING POLICIES:

In-stock items are ready to ship in 1-3 business days.

We ship all orders through the USPS, as soon as items are completed and packaged, but we have no control over how long the USPS takes to get your item to you. You will receive an email with your estimated delivery date and tracking number.

 

We CANNOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING.

All shipments will include a tracking number and $50.00 insurance.
